You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any unused and undamaged fridge seal for a full refund. The product must be in its original packaging and in resalable condition.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at custom@fridgeseal.dk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for returning the product.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return is received.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you. You may be asked to provide photos of the defect to help us process your claim.
Custom-sized fridge seals are made to your specific measurements and are therefore non-returnable unless they are defective. If you have any issues with your custom order, please contact us immediately.
