Customers must provide accurate measurements and specifications. Once a custom order is confirmed, it cannot be changed.
Standard orders typically take 3–5 days, while custom orders require 7–20 days, depending on the destination.
If there is a product quality problem, we offer a remake or refund. Customized products cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Customer data is used solely for order fulfillment, in accordance with our privacy policy, and is never shared with third parties.
All orders are subject to the laws of our business jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved in accordance with local law.
